Coming off a great spring both technically and from a strength and conditioning standpoint...will be asked to contribute this fall in many areas including passing, defense and a left side presence.
Sophomore (2008): Played in all 33 of Samford's matches last season and started 28...notched a career-high hitting percentage of .526 (10-0-19) at UMKC on Sept. 5...posted a season-high 10 kills twice...notched a season-high 12 digs twice last season and ranked second on the team in digs with 210 along with Ashley Adams...served up a career-high six aces in the quarterfinal match against Davidson at the Southern Conference Tournament. Freshman (2007): Saw action in all 29 matches for the Bulldogs in the 2007 campaign . . . notched six double-doubles as a freshman with her best performance of the season coming at Austin Peay (Oct. 16) notching personal highs of 19 digs and a .350 hitting percentage . . . set her career high in kills at 17 against McNeese State (Sept. 1) and blocks at 5.0 (1-4) at Murray State (Sept. 14) . . . earned a spot on the Samford Bulldog Classic All-Tournament team posting 2.92 kills per game and 2.38 digs per game while hitting an overall tournament average of .255 . . . ended her freshman season ranking fourth on the team in kills (2.14 kpg) and hitting percentage (.158), second in service aces with 33 and third in digs (2.84 dpg) . . . earned her first varsity letter. Club: Helped lead her Lions Juniors Club team to a second-place finish in the Indy Qualifier and the National 17 Club in 2006 . . . member of the 2006 Big South Atlanta championship team as well as the Denver championship team in 2007 . . . selected to the All-Tournament team at the 2006 nationals.
