Has really stepped up recently...is one of those players that holds things together and keeps everything level-headed and cool...hitting is much-improved...will be a key player.

2008 (Junior): Played in 50 games for the Bulldogs and started 37...played most of the season at first base while batting in the bottom half of the order...scored nine runs on the season with 17 hits and had three doubles and three homeruns...posted a near-perfect 5-for-6 on stole base attempts while batting in 14 runs on the year...lead the team with 245 putouts...earned her first varsity letter.

2007 (Sophomore): Transferred to Samford in the summer after she led Western Texas College to a sixth-place finish at the Junior College World Series . . . finished the season with a .368 batting average and 57 runs batted in.

2006 (Freshman): Played at Western Texas College and received honorable mention all-region honors . . . also earned honorable mention all-conference accolades after scoring 35 runs, posting a .288 batting average, driving in 32 runs and powering four homers . . . received her team's 3-D Award.

High School: Starred at third base, first base and the outfield at Pacific Hills Christian School in Sydney, Australia . . . also lettered in soccer.

Personal: Born Feb. 1, 1986 . . . daughter of Suellen and Guy Lawrence . . . undeclared major.
