Has the potential to be a monster...when she sees that ball well, she is tough to beat...has a great arm and will be either at shortstop or behind the plate this year...has the potential for great power...is a team-player and loves to play.

2008 (Freshman): Played in all 54 games for Samford in as a true freshman and started all put one of those 54 contests...saw most of her action at the shortstop position and usually appeared in the bottom three of the batting order...hit .316 against left-handed pitchers and had a .415 success rate in advancing runners...led her team in sacrifice bunts (11) and was a perfect 3-for-3 on stolen base attempts...batted in five runs and scored 10 on her own while totaling six doubles on the year...assisted 137 putouts and fielding 10 double plays...earned her first varsity letter.

High School: Named to the 2007 Best of the Preps Team . . . led the Chattanooga metro area with an unprecedented .800 batting average in 2006 . . . named to both the 5A All-District Team and the All-Tournament Team . . . competed for the Tennessee Edge during the summer travel-ball season and batted over .385 . . . she hit 12 home runs and led the team in stolen bases for three straight years . . . member of the NSA national champions in 2004, the ASA state champions in 2005 and finished in the top 25 in 2006 at the National ASA 16-under Tournament . . . also lettered in basketball at Tennessee Temple Academy and earned all-district and all-region honors . . . member of a community service project that restored Civil War soldiers' gravesites . . . heavily involved in the drama ministry, church missions and praise band for her local church . . . member of the Fellowship of Christian Athletes . . . named Miss Temple and was voted to the homecoming court.
