DAYTON, Ohio - For the second time in three days, the Samford Soccer team fell victim to an Ohio school. Wright State outshot the Bulldogs 19-9 and squeezed by two goals to defeat Samford, 2-0 at Alumni Field Sunday afternoon.

Wright State Freshman Kim Chianese scored at the 14:11 mark in the first period to put the Raiders ahead 1-0. Senior Sharon Roscoe received the assist on the goal. The Bulldogs couldn't muster up any offense in the first period as Wright State didn't allow the Bulldogs to take a shot. The Raiders attempted 12 shots in the period.
