SENIOR SPOTLIGHT

My favorite Samford memory:
My favorite memory would have to be the monumental win over Vanderbilt last season, as well as all of the crazy things that have happened on bus rides.

One thing I'll miss the most about Samford soccer:
First and foremost, I'll miss the girls, hands down! Everyone brings something to the team that has allowed us to succeed. I definitely enjoyed playing signs, iPod idol, mafia, etc.

The most important thing I could tell freshmen about college life and playing soccer is:
Enjoy every minute of your time here. Everyone says it flies by and it really does. Get involved and major in something that you are passionate about. Always give your best at whatever you are doing, but most importantly enjoy the time that you have and make sure to see your friends every day!

The lessons that I have learned from playing soccer that will help me in my everyday life:
Soccer has taught me so much and has been a huge factor in the person I've become. It's taught me how to balance my time and that hard work and perseverance go a long way. It's also taught me how to get along with a group of people and has helped me to be able to achieve something greater than myself.
