BIRMINGHAM, Ala. - Fans will have their first opportunity to watch the Samford women's basketball team in action on November 10, at 2 p.m. as the Bulldogs host Alabama Wrath in an exhibition game. Alabama Wrath is a semi-pro team that has been the Bulldogs exhibition opponent the past three seasons.

Following the game, the Samford Hoop Club will have its tip-off reception at Orlean Bullard Beeson Hall. For more information on the reception call Coach Janet Cone at (205) 726-4052. The reception is a chance for Hoop Club and Mighty Dog members to meet the Samford players, coaches, and staff.

Samford will begin the regular season on Nov. 16, at Alabama. The Bulldogs first home contest is Nov. 20, against Southern Mississippi at 7 p.m.
