Men's Tennis Falls to Murray State

BIRMINGHAM, Ala. - The Samford men's tennis team got off to a slow start and could not recover as it dropped a 4-2 match to Murray State on Thursday.

Murray State grabbed the double's point and two second set tie-breakers on its way to the victory. The match of the day between David Misner and Nikola Aracil was not finished due to the length f the match. The two were tied at a set a piece when Murray State won its fourth match to secure the win. With Samford traveling to Morehead State and Murray continuing on to Auburn, Misner and Aracil called a halt to their duel.
