FRANKLIN, Tenn. -- Samford's men's golf team carded a 6-over par 290 at the Legends Club Monday, and is alone in seventh place out of 21 teams at the Belmont Invitational. The second round of the 54-hole tournament was shortened due to darkness, and will be completed prior to the third round on Tuesday.

Andy McRae shot 1-under par and is tied for 11th individually. McRae shot 37-33--70 on the par-71, 6,846 yard course Monday. Ryan Mayberry shot even par (34-37--71) and is tied for 15th. Louis South II shot 1-over (38-34--72) and is tied for 22nd. Bradley Farmer (40-37--77) is 6-over, and Seth Mobley (38-43--81) is 10-over.

The Final round is Tuesday morning.
