Men's Golf Struggles at Emerald Coast Collegiate

PENSACOLA, Fla. - The Samford University men's golf team shot 328 on Sunday to finish 17th at the Emerald Coast Collegiate golf tournament at the Sportsman of perdido Golf Resort. The Bulldogs shot rounds of 332-337-328 to finish last in the 17-team field with a total of 987. Tournament winner West Florida fired a total of 897, followed by North Carolina-Wilmington (907), Coastal Carolina (908) Wofford College (914) and Louisiana-Lafayette (919) in the top five. Andy McRae shot 79-86-77/242 to finish in 52nd position to lead the Bulldogs.
