BIRMINGHAM, Ala. - The Samford football team held a final walk-through Friday afternoon for Saturday's game against in-state and Ohio Valley Conference foe Jacksonville State. Saturday's game is scheduled to kickoff at 12:00 p.m. from Seibert Stadium.

Samford enters the game with a record of 5-5 overall and 4-3 in the Ohio Valley Conference after a 42-21 setback at Tennessee Tech last Saturday. Jacksonville State is currently 5-4 overall and 5-1 in OVC play. The Gamecocks took last week off. JSU last played on Oct. 29, when they defeated Tennessee Tech by a score of 43-17.
