A right-handed pitcher who returns as one of the team's weekend starters.

2007 (Sophomore): Appeared in 16 games, including 11 starts . . . posted a 4.42 ERA and a 3-4 record in 71.1 innings of work . . . ranked third on the team in strikeouts with 59 . . . pitched 7.0 scoreless innings in earning a win over Memphis . . . tossed 6.0 innings, giving up two runs against Alabama . . . gave up three runs over 7.1 innings of work at Mississippi State . . . pitched 6.0 hitless innings of relief, striking out six batters and walking just one against Southeast Missouri . . . gave up just two earned runs over 8.0 innings against Eastern Kentucky . . . pitched 8.0 innings, surrendering two runs and striking out eight batters against Tennessee Tech.

2006 (Freshman): Had 17 appearances, including 12 starts on the mound . . . named to the OVC's All-Freshman team . . . posted a record of 7-4 and an ERA of 3.94 in 75.1 innings . . . struck out 74 batters, the second-highest mark on the team . . . pitched 7.0 shutout innings, striking out eight ­batters at Arkansas State . . . pitched 6.0 innings, giving up just one run and striking out nine batters at Murray State . . . tossed 6.0 innings, surrendering one earned run against Austin Peay . . . pitched 6.0 innings, giving up just one run and striking out eight batters against Morehead State . . . pitched a complete-game shutout, striking out a career-high 11 batters at Tennessee Tech . . . pitched 7.0 innings, giving up five runs and earning the win over Eastern Kentucky in the OVC Tournament.
