Men's Cross Country joins Belmont in Rankings

MACON, Ga. - Atlantic Sun newcomer, Belmont University and original member, Samford University are ranked 9th and 10th respectively in the United States Cross Country Coaches Association (USCCCA) South Region Poll, for men's teams released on October 16.

Belmont began the 2001 season ranked 7th and fell out of the rankings. The Bruins are led by three-time Runner-of-the-Week selection William Kemey . Samford entered the rankings in mid-September at no. 8 and remained in that spot for two weeks before falling to 10. The Bulldogs are led by Brett Baddorf and Mark Rowe.
