**ALL-OVC FIRST-TEAM**

Strong runner who has improved each of his first two seasons . . . will be counted on as a team leader . . . went undefeated in the indoor 3,000 meters in 2003 . . . broke two school records during the outdoor season in the 5,000 meters and the 10,000 meters . . . scored nine points at the Atlantic Sun Championships in 2003.

2003-04 (Junior): Cross-Country:
Finished in the top ten in four races this fall...Finished sixth at the Louisville Cardinal Classic running the 8K in 25:15...Finished seventh in the 8K Alabama Crimson Classic with a time of 25:54...Finished seventh at the OVC Championships with a time of 25:54 in the 8K race...Finished 31st at the NCAA Regionals with a 10K time of 31:21.

2002-03 (Sophomore): Cross-Country:
Finished 39th at the NCAA South Regional . . . finished 16th at the A-Sun Cross-Country Championships, running 27:01.60 . . . set an 8,000 meters personal record of 25:42.36 at the Auburn Invitational . . . finished 17th at the NCAA South Regional Preview, running 27:32.20 on a tough 8,400-meter course.
Track: Won the 3,000 meters twice in two tries during the indoor season . . . broke the school record in the outdoor 5,000 meters at the Samford Invitational with 14:44.28 . . . broke his own school record in the 10,000 meters at the Alabama Relays with 31:07.70 . . . scored one point in the 5,000 meters (6th place) and eight points in the 10,000 meters (2nd place) at the A-Sun Championships . . . won the 3,000 meters at the Samford Invitational with 8:36.86 . . . placed second in the 3,000 meters at Auburn with 15:21.02.

2002 (Freshman): Track:
Set a school-record in the 10K, finishing first at the Alabama Relays with 31:16.98 . . . won the 10K at the A-Sun Championships with 32:34.62 . . . won the 3,000 meters at the Samford Invitational with 8:43.05 . . . came in second at the TSU Invitational in the 3,000 meters . . . finished third at the Samford Classic and eighth at the A-Sun in the 5,000 meters . . . won the 3,000 meters at the SEMO Indoor Invitational with 8:54.40.
