ATHENS, Ga. -- The ninth annual Georgia Invitational track and field meet was canceled Saturday due to heavy rain and lightning. The Samford track and field squad now shifts its focus to the upcoming Orange/Purple Classic, Saturday and Sunday, May 11-12, in Clemson, S.C.
