2006-07 (Junior): Competed in the 800-meters and as a part of the 4x400-meter and distance medley relay teams during the indoor season...ran a season-best 2:02.63 in the 800-meters at the Clemson Tiger Invitational (Feb. 9-10)...concentrated on the 800-meters during the outdoor season...clocked a season-best 1:59.33 in the 800-meters at the Vanderbilt Invitational (Apr. 20-21).

2005-06 (Sophomore): Had a season best of 1:59.82 in the 800-meters at the Rob McCravy Invitational...also was a member of the distance medley and 4x400 relay teams...ran a personal best of 4:09.65 in the 1500-meters at the Troy Invitational.

2004-05 (Freshman): Charted a personal best of 4:26 in the mile at the Rob McCravy Invitational...participated as a member of the distance medley and 4x400 relays...ran a personal best in the 800-meters at the Samford Invitational before his season was cut short due to injury.

High School: MVP in track all four years of high school...state champion in the 1600-meters in 2004...also played soccer.
