2006-07 (Freshman): Had a stellar freshman season in both the indoor and outdoor seasons...set a personal record in the 800-meters (2:01.78) in the first indoor meet of the season at the Saluki Booster Invitational (Jan. 19-20)...set a personal record the next week at the Niswonger Invitational (Jan. 26-27) in the 3000-meters with a time of 9:31.70...at the OVC Indoor Championships (Feb. 22-24), he ran a personal-best 4:38.99 mile...set a personal record in the first outdoors meet at the Southern Miss Invitational (Mar. 10) in the 3000-meter steeplechase (9:57.89) while taking fifth place...came in eighth place at the Troy Invitational (Mar. 31) in the 3000-meters, setting new personal record for himself...placed sixth in the steeplechase at the JSU Gem of the Hills (Apr. 7) with a time of 10:13.27...turned in his best performance of the outdoor season at the Vanderbilt Invitational (Apr. 20-21) by setting personal records in three events including the 800-meters (2:00.05), the mile (4:06.58), and the javelin (125'11")...took seventh place at the OVC Outdoor Championships (May 4-5) in the steeplechase with a time of 10:10.52.

High School: All-American in the 4x800 and 4x1600 events...also a member of the wrestling team.

Personal: Son of Butch and Jacki Keithan...majoring in Engineering Physics...brother Colby is a member of the cross country and track teams at Rice University...born May 2, 1988.
