2007-08 (Junior): Set multiple personal bests and school records on her way to a tremendous junior season during the 2008 indoor and outdoor campaigns...Indoor: Earned All-OVC honors and set a school record with her third place time of 57.13 at the OVC Indoor Championships (Feb. 29 - Mar. 1)...was also a part of the school record-setting 4x400 relay team...Outdoor: Posted a personal-best 25.28 in the 200-meter dash at the Ole Miss Invitational (Apr.12)...ran a personal best in the 400-meter dash at the UGA Bulldog Unlimited (Apr. 19) with a time of 55.92 which earned her second place in the event...placed third in the 400-meter dash at the OVC Championships (May 2-3), earning All-OVC honors and was member of the 4x400 relay team that set an outdoor school record of 3:47.22.

2006-07 (Sophomore): Competed in the 400- and 800-meters as well the 4x400 and distance medley relays for the indoor season...in outdoor, grabbed third place in the 400-meter dash at the Troy Invitational (Mar. 31) with a time of 58.60 and sixth in the same event at the JSU Gem of the Hills meet (Apr. 7)...was a member of the school record-setting, first place 4x200-meter relay team at the Alabama Relays (Mar. 23-25).

2005-06 (Freshman): Reached a personal best 58.91 in the 400-meters to finish ninth at the OVC Indoor Championships...also a member of the school record-setting 4x400-meter relay team that finished second at the OVC Indoor Championships...outdoors, posted a season best 58.39 in the 400-meters at the Alabama Relays...also ran a season best 26.28 in the 200-meters at the Mississippi State Jace Lacoste Invitational...additionally, was a member of the 4x400-meter relay team that finished fourth at the OVC Outdoor Championships.

Personal: Daughter of Velton Flowers and Geneva Long...majoring in nursing...named MVP of her high school team in back-to-back years...also elected Most Dedicated for three years...was a regional qualifier and a district champion...was a member of the National Honor Society and Who's Who Among American High School Students...also played basketball.
