2006-07 (Junior): Concentrated on the mile and the 800-meter run during the indoor season...placed fifth in the mile at the Saluki Booster Invitational (Jan. 19-20) with a time of 5:11.85...took ninth place in the 800-meter run at the Niswonger Invitational (Jan. 26-27), clocking a time of 2:18.94...at the OVC Indoor Championships (Feb. 22-24), she finished fourth in both the 800-meters (2:18.94) and the mile (5:06.59)...had an outstanding outdoor season, taking top spots in two out of three meets in which she participated...placed second in the 800-meters at the Southern Miss Invitational (Mar. 10) with a time of 2:17.87...won the 3000-meter steeplechase at the JSU Gem of the Hills meet (Apr. 7) with a time of 11:45.02.

2005-06 (Sophomore): Reached a personal best 10:24 in the 3000-meters and a school-record 5:06 in the mile to finish second at the OVC Indoor Championships...ran as part of the distance medley relay that finished third at the OVC Indoor Championships...in the outdoor season, posted a personal best of 4:36 in the 1500-meters at the Alabama Relays.

2004-05 (Freshman): Indoors, had a personal best of 5:07 in the mile at the Rod McCravy Invitational...posted a personal best 2:18 in the 800-meters at the Clemson Invitational...finished third in the mile and sixth in the 800-meters at the OVC Indoor Championships...in the outdoor season, member of the school record-setting sprint medley relay at the FSU Snowbird Invitational...also a member of the school-record setting 4x800 and 4x1500 relay teams at the Alabama Relays...ran on the school record-setting distance medley relay team at the Texas Relays...had personal best performance of 4:38 in the 1500-meters at the OVC Outdoor Championships to finish fourth.

High School: Cross Country and Track MVP in 2003 and 2004...served as captain for both track and cross country in 2003 and 2004...also played soccer.
