**FIRST-TEAM ALL-OVC**

The top runner for Samford cross-country in her first season . . . ran in seven races and was the Bulldogs' top finisher in four . . . continued success on the track team, clocking seven top-five finishes . . . a key component in Samford's distance success.

2003-04 (Sophomore): Cross Country:
Finished fourth at the OVC Championships in a season-best time of 18:08...Named First-Team All-OVC...Finished 19th at the Cardinal Classic in a time of 18:44...Ran 19:23 to finish 47th at the Auburn Invitational...Finished in 22:18 to place 49th at the 6K Chili Pepper Invitational...Placed 52nd at the NCAA South Regionals with a time of 22:33.

2002-03 (Freshman): Cross Country:
Earned All-Conference and All-Freshman honors at the Atlantic Sun Championships . . . ran 19:11.40 at the conference race and finished eighth . . . finished third on the team at the NCAA South Regional . . . set a personal record at the Auburn Invitational with a 5,000 meters time of 18:16.04 . . . finished sixth at the UTC Opener Sept. 6.
Track: Ran the 1,600-meter leg of the school-record setting distance medley relay at the LSU Indoor . . . won the 1,500 meters at the Samford Invitational with 4:47.04 . . . finished second in the 5,000 meters . . . finished fifth of 43 runners in the 5,000 meters at the Alabama Relays . . . scored two points with a fifth-place finish in the 5,000 meters at the conference championships . . . ran a season-best 17:59.76 in the 5,000 meters at Georgia Tech . . . finished third in the 1,500 meters at the Samford Twilight and the 3,000 meters at the Auburn Invitational.

High School:
Finished first in the Class 5A Georgia High School Cross-Country Championships in 2001.
