2006-07 (Junior): Competed in the 3K, 5K and distance medley relay during the indoor season...dominated the 3000-meter race finishing in the top five in three out of four indoor meets for the Bulldogs...took fourth place at the Saluki Booster Invitational (Jan. 19-20) with a time of 8:45.46, third place at the Clemson Tiger Invitational (Feb. 9-10) with a school record-setting time of 8:37.73, and fifth at the OVC Indoor Championships (Feb. 22-24) with a time of 8:48.78...also took fourth place in the 5000-meters at the OVC Indoor Championships with a time of 15:25.64...in the outdoor season, he took second in the 3000-meters at the Troy Invitational on March 31 (8:50.83), setting a new personal record...came in fourth place at the JSU Gem of Hills meet (Apr. 7) in the 5000-meters with a time of 15:24.06...set a new personal record of 14.59.59 in the 5000-meters at the Vanderbilt Invitational (Apr. 20-21)...earned all-OVC honors in the 5000-meters at the OVC Outdoor Championships (May 4-5) with a time of 15:19.02.

2005-06 (Sophomore): Coming off a stress fracture, best indoor performance is 8:55.57 in the 3000-meter at the Rod McCravy Invitational... ran a personal indoor best in the 5000-meters of 15:24.98 at the 2006 OVC Indoor Championships...in outdoors, clocked a season best in the 1500-meters of 4:05.76 at the Auburn Invitational...had a season best performance of 32:52 in the 10K to finish sixth in the OVC...ran a personal best of 15:12 in the 5K to finish seventh at the OVC Outdoor Championships in 2006.

2004-05 (Freshman): In indoors, posted a season best of 4:30.84 in the mile at the Rod McCravy Invitational...had a personal best performance to finish sixth at the 2005 OVC Indoor Championships in the 3000-meters with a time of 8:50.91...anchored the distance medley relay to a season best of 10:38...in the outdoor season, ran a personal best in the steeplechase with a time of 9:55.78 at the Samford Invitational...also charted a personal best of 4:03.35 in the 1500-meters at the Georgia Invitational...ran personal best of 15:26.56 in the 5000-meters at the Mississippi State Jace Lacoste Invitational...finished the season with a lifetime best and third best performance in the 10K with a time of 31:28.78 to finished fourth at the OVC Outdoor Championships.
